Aimee Dars: I am a management PhD living in Ithaca, NY with my husband (married on 10.9.10), George and my dogs, Walter and Norman, and our three rodents. Since 1997, I've been vegetarian, and in 2005, I became vegan. I'm very excited that I've been over ten years meat-free.
